I feel bad for the folks with the negative reviews about this product. I hope it gets straightened out for them. I got this last week and have had it running non-stop and thus far, its just wonderful! I love being able to send photos to the frame via Email and having control over the organization of the frame. Now when I am out and about and I take a picture with my smart phone, Wala! Straight to the frame's Email address! No more worrying about never getting to see the pic again. I did buy a 64GB card to go with the frame so I could finally capture all those digital moments that I have scattered all over various drives and such (I know many of you out there are like this too). Get the frame, it works just fine. Get a card too, you'll be happier for the added room. Add a card reader to the pile. The remote works nicely, the construction is solid and the 10 inch frame is just about perfect - I think 8 would be too small for me to enjoy. The frame does a great job of flipping sideways photos for proper orientation, a smart frame, I love it. There's so much positive to say, but I feel like its really not necessary. Want a good digital frame? Make the order and relax.
