I had a great shower head for 12 years but the piece that holds the shower head broke and so, I had to replace it. Went to Target and got a Waterpik shower head for $29.99. Worst move ever! Everything was plastic and the hose did not bend making me wrestle it to move the shower head. Plus, the pieces were brown, which was deceiving since the shower head itself was chrome and the only part you could see in the package. So, I went on Amazon. After that experience, I was a bit worried to try this one since it was only $10 more ($39.99) but, the reviews were good so, gave it a shot. Here are the pros and cons: Pros: EASY install that requires no tools Large shower head Many settings for each individual's preference Does NOT block water flow, so if you have good water pressure, you still with this one Hose is very flexible making it easy to maneuver Comes with plumber tap, rubber washers and a flow restrictor (if that is your desire) Lightweight CONS Some parts are still plastic, though you really can't complain at this price Don't know yet if it will last like my other one did - 12 years
