I'm a fitness trainer and have been looking for a massage gun for a while. I get sore all over after intense workouts and my massage therapist recommended the TOLUCO massage gun. She said it's very quiet and that it works well. She was absolutely correct! I can manage it and work it by myself very easily. It comes with several attachments for different uses. There's an attachment that you can use for the neck, and I was super excited about that, because I always feel stiffness in neck area. However I was a bit afraid to use a massage 'gun' on the neck -- So very VERY carefully I used it, and was very surprised on how well it massages the neck. You would not damage anything! It operates in a way that only your muscles will get massaged. The second most use for me - Shoulder muscles. Finally I can get rid of my headaches that are caused because of stiff shoulder muscles. And the best part is that I can do this by myself. The third use is around shoulder blades where I get knotted after dead lifts. Ah! This is the best! Thank you, TOLUCO, for making a product that works so very well. Last but not least, this gun is super quiet! I've seen and heard other massage guns that make such big noise that can be heard even through thick walls. But the TOLUCO is very quiet, and believe me, the quietness is VERY important when you hold this to the body. You don't want a deafening product while you are getting a massage! HIGHLY recommend!
