We've only had this unit setup for about 2 weeks at the time of this review. Easy install, water tastes good and clean. No spills or anything goofy like that. Only issue I see is that the buttons are difficult to press...I mean really difficult, like putting 10-20 lbs of pressure to the point where the water ejects quickly. You can barely push on it for a light trickle, but if you want to fill a cup quickly, be ready to push down really hard for about 20-40 secs at a time. EDIT: Problem Fixed. SEE VIDEO. If you unscrew the top panel via 2 screws in the back, there is a black piece of plastic that falls down onto some levers, making the buttons hard to press. Seems like it happens during shipping frequently enough the company made a video about it. Shoutout to Jill @ Avalon H20. I taped the piece back up because its supporting clips broke during shipping.
