I usually buy Dewalt power tools but I was impressed with the Bosch fixed router when I borrowed a friend's for a recent project. The combo kit comes in a nice plastic case and works as expected. The only reason I took off one star is that, like others have observed, the kit only came with a 1/2 inch collet even though the description on Amazon (and the box the kit came in) stated that both 1/2 and 1/4 inch collets were included. My router came with all the tools and accessories still in their plastic wrappings and the tool is pristine, obviously brand new and never used. A Bosch 1/4 inch collet costs about $15 and I happen to have a spare one from an older model that works fine, but Bosch and Amazon really do have to get their acts together and make sure what is advertised is actually what the consumer gets.
