I LOVE this eyebrow liner!! I use the liner and then put the NYX clear gel (also from Amazon) over it. I'm not sure if it's the gel or liner but I can run my finger over my eyebrow with no smudge!! I will use this forever! I will say the eyebrow brush fell off immediately but nothing super glue can't save!
