These are the best zinc pills I have found. I have struggled with hormonal acne my whole life. I break out in pimples, white heads, black heads, cysts, you name it, it's on my face. I was recommended zinc to take to try and combat these problems. I know Zinc is going to complete cure my acne but I have definitely noticed a big difference since I started taking them! These pills are actually a bit smaller than my other supplements, so they are definitely easy to swallow. Just make sure you don't let the pill sit on your tongue too long. The coating has an awful taste to it.
