So I originally bought this for $339 and they have since moved or discontinued the silver model. NOTES: MY WEIGHT: initially 257lbs. The treadmill says 220 but it has handled me fine. SPEED: I do 3.0 mph. It is quiet enough that I can do this while TALKING on the phone (noise canceling headset, mind you - corsair void). I have asked, in a meeting, and no one can hear it. I ask clients - same thing. I think over 3.0 mph it might get loud enough, but I haven't tried. EASE OF USE: they include a remote control. Hit power to turn it on, hit it again and it does a beep 3 - 2 - 1 start. Then you simply increase speed (unless 1.1 is your optimal setting). USE: I use this 2-3 times every work day. each session is a minimum of 30, but usually ends up being 45 - 60. I started at the beginning of February, 2020. I have since, with using Myfitnesspal, weigh 247.8 (today March 6th -roughly a month after starting). INCLUDED: has their version of WD40 for the tread, needs to be applied every so often. IN PICTURE: for around $10 you can buy 4'x8' of sticky blackboard and use glowy dry erase to make a board of it. will most likely peel the paint behind it. Cheap rug for $4 at ocean state to put under. helps keep the treadmill from moving. FINAL THOUGHTS: I wrote this review while on the treadmill. So, with the amount of use I have seen I have been very happy - definitely seeing quite a bit of use. I may update this review after 6 months and I hope this review does not change. If I'm not much lighter, my treadmill will write a scathing review of me.
