This product worked exactly like it was supposed to at first. Instead of an annoyance, a rogue fly getting into the house was almost exciting! After using the product every other day, for a month, The handle (black part) and the "racket" (yellow part) started becoming a little wobbly. Before long the racket stopped working because of the two pieces disconnecting. The design is either flawed, or I received a faulty product. --------------- A day or two after writing the (above) previous review, Elucto contacted me and asked if I wanted a new product shipped to me. They also refunded me for the trouble of dealing with a faulty product. This was the quickest and most professional service I've ever experienced. I would recommend buying this brand of bug zapper/racket from this company. They impressed me!
