Absolutely a good buy. I normally design and make my own dresses for balls and galas but this time around I only had 4 days notice. I didn't find anything I liked in nearby shops and boutiques so I gave this dress with prime shipping a chance. It arrived in 2 days. I am 5'4" and 115lbs. I ordered a small and it fit for the most part. This dress is made for someone with larger chest so I had to make last minute alterations to ensure a better fit. I read some other reviews that warned about the proportion of this dress and I agree with them. If you are tall and are looking for a floor length gown this will be short for you. Other than that it was perfect. The material is not too thin. It is a little like thin scuba material with more stretch. It was very comfortable to move around or bend down. The color is a navy blue in soft light but has a purple undertone in daylight. The dress was very sexy and classy and was a steal for the price. I've paid ten times for other gala dresses and I am extremely happy with this one.
