I've been aware of the benefits of having probiotics in my diet, but haven't been consistent about getting a regular dose via yogurt, kefir, fermented cabbage, etc. I've tried other Schwartz products and really like their commitment to using non-GMO and allergen free ingredients, and that their products are made in the USA, so thought I'd give their probiotic capsules a try. First of all, I love how convenient the capsules are - one capsule twice a day! The capsules are on the small side and incredibly easy to swallow. I appreciate the Schwartz guarantee for the cultures to remain potent, without refrigeration. My digestion has been wacky ever since my gallbladder was removed in November 2015. Although the bottle says to wait a month before results are measured, I can tell that in the week since I started taking them my bowels are more regular and consistent. I can only imagine what other good things are going on in my gut as a result. Thank you, Schwartz Bioresearch, for another great supplement!
