Only had a few days but product is holding up pretty well. Phone seems to be secure. The mount stays in place so you don’t have to continue to re-adjust the phone over and over again like my last holder. I have taken it over bumps, jumps, on the trails, and street riding and it’s has not given me any issues. I would buy again or recommend to others especially for the price. I have a iPhone X in the otter box case that fits just fine it the product just FYI. Easy install pretty common sense and comes with different pieces to fit your bike, etc, and phone. Less than 5 minutes to have installed on your bike. Update-went trail riding today and if your using it vertical over a lot of bumps it will move a little bit. Better to ride with it horizontal which is no big issues for me. Still seemed secure while I was riding, never felt like I was going to lose the phone. As I have it longer I will add updates to this review.
