Ok, this stuff is ah-mazing! I did a lot of research On collagen peptides before I decided to actually purchase. I tried the bovine first (differs the brand), but after some additional research discovered the marine has better absorption into your system. I switched to Vital Proteins and I swear by this product! My hair is growing and looks healthier, my skin feels and looks better and I included a pic of my nails. I have lived my entire life without fingernails and this product is a game changer! I love the fact that I don’t have to do artificial nails, or dip powders or gel. All natural! Consistency is the key to results. I mix daily in my morning coffee....and the BONUS *** it’s pretty much a meal replacement too. It’s loaded with protein and other great ingredients and filling. Anyway...definitely hit the buy button on this one. It’s worth the $ and the results are great with consistent use.
