Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

i am 5'11" which makes clothes shopping hard to begin with, but makes online shopping almost impossible without fair reviews on items. i stalk the reviews and look for tall reviewers on clothes and a lot of times buy on their reviews alone. i expected this dress to be far longer than it is. i have issues with my feet and typically need to wear flats. i kinda have a thing for maxi-dresses to hit as close to the floor as possible, a dream that rarely comes true. but i have also gotten used to settling for close enough. sadly, this dress isn't even close enough, in length. i wish i had a better shot of the dress with my feet in the pic, but this dress is easily 1" above my ankle, which is encroaching on extremely too short for me. i bought this dress (added the belt, the belt did not come with the dress), for a fall / holiday photo shoot with my 1yr old. ultimately, the dress photographs well, so it's what i will wear to our session, but i had to get REAL creative on my shoe choice - basically a tight tall bootie-type shoe so that you won't be able to see my bare ankles in november. hope this review is helpful for my fellow giants in height out there!
