First off I am going to start this review by letting it be known that I have been through almost 22 mattress toppers...yes you read that right. I bought a new mattress off here and I knew the risk, but the price was too appealing and I hated the one I had. It hurt me from day one! So a couple years later I was used to sleeping in the recliner and enough was enough. There led my mattress topper journey of despair. This was my last try before I bought the bullet and got a sleep number bed which unfortunately that's where I'm at now. My issue was horrible pain in my lower back and hips...and I'm not elderly here..38. Either the topper pushed my hips up higher and my spine wasn't straight or too low and once again..spine wasn't straight. This one is probably in the top 5 I have tried. When they say 4 inch...it's every bit of it! It stopped my lower back pain almost completely which is a miracle. The only issue is it's very hard. You do feel yourself sink into it a bit, but it may be my fault for ordering 4 inch topper instead of 3. Final thoughts: I would recommend buying it if your looking for a firm forming topper and want it to actually be the size they say. Good luck to anyone who reads this because if your like me it's been a long journey of sleeplessness and now have to fork out 2 grand. Definitely try this first.
