I am the kind of customer who reads pages and pages of reviews before making a purchase. I compared every major brand (T&N, Casper, Nectar, Purple, etc) to this one and just couldn't stomach the cost of any of the other brands. I purchased this mattress because of the positive reviews, the boxed delivery for easy moving (I ordered this shortly before moving out-of-state for grad school), and the return policy. I'm so thrilled that I won't have to use that policy! This mattress is exactly what I was looking for in terms of firmness/softness - it's hard to describe that balance without feeling the mattress, but it's firm enough to be supportive without being hard as a rock. It is so comfortable. I had to keep it in the box for almost a month, which is not recommended, but even still it began rising as soon as I cut off the plastic wrap. Zero chemical or other smell, zero delay, and was ready to sleep on within a day. I would never purchase a $700+ mattress from a more well-known brand when this one checked every box for a fraction of the cost. Absolutely order this, if you're on the fence. UPDATE: In a sudden, last-minute COVID-related move, I had to pack everything I own into just my RAV4. After three hours of trying to fit the mattress (vacuum-sealed) into the car with everything else, I had to leave it behind. Not the fault of the mattress - would have been fine if I had an actual moving van or even just another car to help me move. I ordered a different mattress as this one was unavailable when I needed to order, and after two nights on the other mattress, I had horrible hip pain. Horrible. I'm 23 and have never had joint pain like this (or at all) and chose to sleep on the floor for a week instead of sleeping on it anymore. I reordered this mattress as soon as it became available, and it arrived a week before it said it would. Set it up around 10am and it was good to go by about 3pm. SO COMFY. Hip pain is gone, I sleep like a rock every night, and I have no complaints whatsoever. I now know that I'll be dragging this mattress with me to every home I have until it is too old, and as soon as I have any storage space to speak of, I'll buy another one to keep in box so that I have a replacement when that day comes. I hope they never stop making this mattress! It's perfect.
