Cresimo delivered FAST, as promised... I am quite pleased with both Cresimo as a seller AND the performance of the carafe. NOTE: Prior to ordering, I reviewed some of the 1 & 2 star reviews, where people complained about the heat retention and loss of thermal insulation; so... the first thing I did was a test. I ran a full pot of water through my coffee maker and then filled the Cresimo carafe (to the top). It measured 176°F. I checked at precisely 9 hours later and it measured 157°F... only a 19° drop. This more than meets my expectations!!! I think that those of you who drain (use) the hot beverage over several hours, throughout the day, have unrealistic expectations. Thermal loss is also dependent on the quantity of the liquid and how many times you open the carafe. THIS CARAFE WORKS WELL!!!
