Medline is a wonderful company that cares about its customers, and this is a great reasonably-priced walker. One of the wheels wobbled when we first assembled it and a screw on the back bar had sheared off. We called the company, got a very courteous and nice helper immediately, and within a couple days the replacement parts arrived at the front door. Everything works perfectly now. This walker has adjustable handle bars, a handy cloth compartment underneath for storage, and a fairly comfortable seat which I use a lot. The walker is very maneuverable. It folds easily into a car, is light weight. It's made a big difference in my mobility. I'm a fan forever.
