Had to restart the thing during the initial set up and 3 minutes after that! Froze up multiple times. Wouldn't load anything. Super cute tablet though! Has lots of potential. Unfortunately already have it back in the box to return within 10 minutes of opening. I'm glad I tested it out before my daughters birthday. *UPDATE* I have received my replacement, and it's 100% better. Shout out to their customer service and tech team for reaching out and making things right. Great work.
