The product works great. But Im mainly writing the review based off my interaction with their customer service. About a week after i got the fan it fell and one of the blades broke. I was pretty bummed because i figured i wouldn't be able to get a replacement blade. But i sent them a email and the next day they had a new one on the way. Didnt charge me a dime. So its always nice when you deal with a company that helps you out even thought I was the one that screwed up.
