Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

We've gone through several children's headphones in the last year and these were honestly the best of the bunch. I took one star off, because the max volume level seems a bit loud to me for a child's ears, and another star off because we haven't had them very long (we are three weeks beyond the window for a return to Amazon) and the sound has stopped working on one side. So my son ends up turning the volume up very loud in his one ear. I might end up purchasing ANOTHER pair of these, because they have been the most comfortable and have been used a lot, but I'm wincing at paying that price again for a pair of headphones that might only last a few months. ****UPDATE - I just received two replacement cables directly from LilGadgets, they saw my Amazon review, unsuccessfully tried to contact me, but sent the cables anyway as a possible solution to my problem. Unfortunately, the cables did not resolve the issue, but I've responded to the company and will update my review again with further information. I am VERY IMPRESSED however, with the EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE of LilGadgets, so I'm adding a star back to my review. ****FINAL UPDATE - Adding another star back to my original review, since the company contacted ME once they saw my review stating my initial problem with the headphones, sent me cables as a possible solution, then when that proved ineffective, sent me a brand new pair of headphones which work wonderfully. I was initially very pleased with the headphones for their design and comfort level for my kids, and am even more pleased with the customer service and pride that LilGadgets obviously takes in their products and their company. They've made LilGadgets customers out of us, for sure!
