This is a great product. Before I found this I had to replace my Fitbit Surge twice because of a broken band. Fitbit told me they do not sell the replacement bands because the watch and band are one piece (bull!). Not only did I get a replacement band that is exactly the same as the original, it also comes with a screen protector and a magnetic screwdriver to remove and replace the 4 screws that hold the watchband on the watch. It took less than 5 minutes to remove the old, and install the new. Fitbit is missing the mark by not offering replacement bands (only a 25% discount off of a new Fitbit if you are out of warranty). I highly recommend this product for all of you who end up with a broken band (which seems to be a weak point for the Fitbit).
