I am a big fan of Anker products but the PowerCore is a big disappointment. I received the item with 2 (out of 4) charge indicator lights lit. I plugged it directly to a wall charger and it took two days to fully charge. I spoke with Anker support and they were of no help this time. On the plus side, the PowerCore 13000 quickly charged my iPhone 6S . But having to wait two days for the PowerCore to charge was a deal breaker for me. I have arranged to return the item. UPDATE 09/12/2016: After reading my review and an email I sent to them, the Anker folks were kind enough to send me a replacement. The replacement worked as expected. It took about 5 hours for the PowerCore to reach a full charge, and they told me that was normal. I have since been able to recharge my iPhone 6S Plus 5 times and my iPad a couple of times when the PowerCore 13000 was on full charge. I have upgraded my rating from 2 to 5 Stars for two reasons. 1. The PowerCore 13000 performed as described and as promised by Anker and 2. For the outstanding customer care I received from the folks at Anker. I own multiple Anker products and have found them reliable. In the instance any issues arose, Anker always took care of them. Thanks Anker!
