Because we have a neighbor who leaves out peanuts in the shell for the squirrels, we have had an issue with these 'rats with tails' digging up our garden or our flower pots to bury these peanuts. Have tried numerous remedies with little or no success until now. These 'Cat Scat Spikes' so far, are working at keeping the squirrels out of both our garden and the flower pots on our deck. They are easily cut to fit where needed and do not harm the plants in any way. Do recommend purchasing additional garden spikes however.
