My 11 year old rescue chihuahua absolutely hates getting her nails done or even touched! She would scream as if she was being harmed everytime we tried to get close to her with nail clippers of ANY size. It was clearly traumatic for her for unknown reasons, so eventually we opted to just have the vet handle it. Now that was fine until COVID and it seemed like it was impossible to get any appointments in a timely manner when her nails needed attention (yes I could have set reoccurring appointments but honestly i just never did it) BUT THIS THING IS A GAME CHANGER! My usually dramatic screaming dog was uncertain at first (I think it tickled) but she soon fell asleep while I was doing her nails! She was calm as could be, and neither of us ended up crying from frustration! It was as if she thought she was at some fancy spa getting a pedicure! If you have an over dramatic small dog I highly recommend you to purchase this! I'm so excited to finally be able to maintain my dogs nails at home!
