I was really looking for this specific design of a night splint for my plantar fasciitis. I’ve seen this kind from a YouTube video for plantar fasciitis exercises so I took my time to observe and see how it goes after 2 weeks of using it. At first, I was overwhelmed with the straps and adjustments I have to make, but that’s it, ‘cause the next day I’ll just have to slide my foot in there before bed and wake up with my foot ready to take a step. It really keeps my foot in a neutral position so when I get up in the morning I don’t feel the pain that used to have for months. I love the support and the comfort it provides that I never fail to wear this every single night. Also, the ball is an essential add on.
