Used this twice. Both times it gave a reading of the meat being at a temp of about 90 degrees when in fact it was done cooking. Followed the directions to recalibrate, still had same results. We bought this based on the reviews but were very disappointed and returned it. UPDATE the customer service is outstanding. They noticed my 1 star review and reached out to me immediately. They refunded the entire cost as well as sent a free replacement. The replacement works much better and gives an accurate temperature reading. The first thermometer must have been defective. Very happy with the new thermometer!
