Finally, an Instant Pot book for party of 2! I only cook for 2 and other books purchased, although nice recipes mix serving amounts! For example one recipe will say 2-4 servings. Another recipe will be 6-8 servings! If the 6-8 is what I would like to make, but only for 2 people, out of luck! When looking at the ingredients, I would need a degree in building a Rocket to Mars to decipher and convert! Nothing as simple as cutting all ingredients in half to come up with 3-4 servings. Then divide again in 1/2 and hopefully, have the math correct! For a beginner who will be cooking for 2, this is a gem. Small and easy to read paperback. Although black and white print, there are still photos with the recipes. Only problem, which has nothing to do with this book, problem so far is with all Instant Pot books, they are written for the basic Instant Pot with LED display and limited functions. I purchased the 2017 Ultra 6 Instant Pot which none of the books purchased have directions which work easily with that model. Even books for 2018 are that way. Guess I will need that degree after all in order to convert the right buttons to match Instant Pot purchased. Other than that, this is a handy, perfect sized paperback with wonderful info for this beginner.
