I'm 5'1 107lbs and the small fits well. not too tight or loose And it has a bit of stretch to make it forgiving and comfortable. It's very unique and I love it! One downside is I didn't like how short the undershirt was so I paired with a longer white tube (shown in pic) You can find them cheap!
