One of my least favorite parts of having cats is the routine emptying out, washing and refilling the litter boxes that should take place at least once a month. I have three litter boxes so it can take a good chunk of my time away. I was afraid that a disposable box would be too flimsy or that pee would soak through, but that is not the case with these. In fact, one of my cats sits on the edge of the box with all four paws, sticks his bum over the side and pees into the corner. I've never seen any soakage, nor has the edge broken or buckled under his full weight. When it comes time to replace the litter, I just put this whole thing into a trash bag. No more dumping the litter while holding my breath or breaking my back from washing them out in the tub. One thing I wanted to note was that even with the Jumbo boxes, the walls aren't super high. One of my cats is a litter flinger, so what I did was place this inside of a large cardboard box and cut down a side for the cats to step in. That way the litter gets flung into the cardboard box and not my carpets.
