I had to try this as I am in chronic pain after I had a nerve issue created by the tourniquet used during my total knee replacement in October 2017. I have tried everything offered by my surgeon and started searching my tried and true practice of homeopathic/natural/alternative remedies as they have always been my preferred choice for myself and family for so many things. I have NEVER seen 20+ thousand reviews for anything on Amazon before!! I knew it had to be good and was hopeful I would benefit as so many others have. I had some relief the first time I tried it for abount an after application. I used 3-4 times a day as directed.
