The Good: - Picture quality is outstanding - Motion rate is great. It's native 60MHz but Sony's firmware does get it to 240MHz range - SmartTV works well. Slightly sharper picture than with my Roku. The Not So Good: - The sound quality is average to below average. I have other Sony Bravia HDTVs (smaller) which have much better sound quality. If you're going to use external speakers, then not a problem. It drove me to external speakers. - The location of HDMI1 and Audio(optical) ports are problematic if wall mounting. Whoever designed the location must have been smoking weed at the time. The wall mount plate will cover these ports. I needed these ports so I had to hacksaw my wall mount plate to access. See photo. If not wall mounting, then not a problem. Overall, a great picture makes up for deficiencies that are correctable if you address.
