After reading the reviews left from the public, I found positive results and decided to purchase this product. I am amazed that so much heat can come from this miniature device. It only takes a few seconds to heat up. For the price I would say it`s worth the price because it is also serves as charger for your phone. I mainly use it as a hand warmer in class when it gets cold. The package came in a pristine condition and came with a wire to charge the device. Overall, I was highly impressed that the device doesn’t make any noises whatsoever. This innovative device is something everyone should have or at least consider of purchasing. So here comes the “But…” part. My first impression from opening the package was shocking because I found it odd that there were no instructions on how to operate the device. I was upset and confused so I went back to seller’s page and re-read the descriptions listed. I was aware of the 3 different temperature intervals but had no clue how to turn it on. The thought struck me on how to turn it on and became an inconvenience because I found how to function it through the questions & answers tab. With this product having the majority of positive reviews and purchases, anyone would assume that there would be a list of instructions. I found this unprofessional because even if the function of the electric hand warmer is simple, not everyone can figure how to use it. In my experience, the instructions I seen were: 1. Fully charge the device for at least 3-4 hours. 2. Click the button and the interval of blue lights will tell you the charging power. 3. Hold the button until the sides turn red and wait for a few secs until it warms up. 4. To turn it off, hold the button until it turns blue.
