I LMAO when I opened the box from Amazon with 2 other items at the size of this light. I turned it on, and holy cow, this a bright little sucker. I took a 100 watt halogen light and put them together and its about the same. The nice part, it's rechargeable, portable, don't get hot. And, YES, I would buy it again. The blinking red and blue lights are pretty cool too. I could watch them alone. In any case, if you want a good light that's portable, this is the way to go. I plan on buying one or 2 more as soon as I get my gift card back up. I think it would make a great work bench light also. It's even funnier reading reviews that instructions are not good. TWO buttons. ON/OFF. Plug the charger into an electric outlet, plug the female end to the male end on the lamp,,,and wa la, let it charge. Even a cave man can do it,,lol
