I read a lot of reviews before I purchased these and figured I would try them out despite the negative reviews because the price is amazing. I am 5'4" and 135 pounds with a size 27" waist, my torso is long, my legs short, and I have a big butt for my size. I have a hard time finding leggings that fit. These pants fit me great!! They do go over my ankles, but I like my pants like that. They are a little loose in my waist but I don't see that being much of a problem. Also, I read a lot of reviews about a horrid smell on the pants. They don't smell bad at all. It's just a new clothes smell that everything has when it comes in a package. They are so soft also!! I bought these because I am going on a trip to Iceland in the fall this year. I plan on wearing them under my pants and as pants because they are so cute on!! Update!! I'm back from my trip to Iceland. It was about 30 degrees F a few times and they kept me warm throughout the trip. I didn't even have to wear them under my pants!! They were perfect and I couldn't believe the price for these. Anywhere else you would spend at least 15$ for each pair
