Fat and always hungry
I'm fat and always hungry, so I needed to do something. This product curved my appetite. I take 2 in the morning with a tall glass of water and then I don't eat again till after noon. Sometimes I don't eat again until 4 or 5. I love it. I'm down 5 pounds.
