Super easy to handle! I was surprised at the solidity of the plastic on this vacuum. For being as light weight as it is, it doesn't feel cheap and like it is about to break...The exception being the clear collection canister seems less solid, but that doesn't take any of the abuse the rest of the unit will. Suction was adequate, there are two modes, the lesser suction was not great but I suppose it would be great for cob webs and light dustings. What I really love is the counter rest notch, works great for me...I can't tell you how many times my broom has slid off my counter (this is replacing my broom). PROS: -lightweight -sturdy -easy attachment options -long reach -portability -run time (45mins) -quiet (can have conversation while running) -swiveling head -price point for a trusted name brand -counter rest notch -excellent on hardwood CONS: -battery is not removable for charging -no real charge level indicator, just a light for half charge and full charge -collection canister can be tricky to snap back in place -no storage/connection points for attachments. They have to be stored separate and retrieved if needed. -power button and speed button are very close, may take time getting used to hitting the right one. RATING: 5 stars....Assuming it's use is as a quick clean up / maintenance tool and not a main vacuum for heavy cleaning...This exceeded my expectations for a price point I could not find in any other NAME BRAND units for this type of stick vacuum. I've seen many horror stories about name brand sticks that cost 3x's as much. This will do just fine for my mostly hardwood household!
