Let me begin by stating that the headphones did not work when they arrived. To pair, the instructions tell you to press and hold the multifunction button (middle button) for three seconds. After, the LED will flash red and blue and the headphones will be ready to pair. This was not the case. The light flashed blue only and the headphones would not be recognized to pair. Frustrated, I emailed Tao Tronics support because they have no customer support telephone number. Waited a while but no response so I began to play with the headphones. I thought that they might possibly have some way to reset them - and there was. Press and hold the up and down volume buttons together until the LED flashes (about five seconds) and the head set is reset. Then I was able to proceed as per the instructions and pair the headset. I'm completely satisfied with the operation and sound. As for the trouble upon start up - that's what you get from a cheap foreign made toy - expected. They should have a support number to call or at least the reset procedure in the instructions. I took one star away for the trouble - good thing I'm tech savvy. I'll purchase a few more for gifts.
