I've been searching for a meditation cushion for a fee months now. This one I can truly say is perfect! It is perfect size and the thickness is exactly what I wanted. I didn't want a huge cushion to where I couldn't feel Connected with the earth still. This is 3" thick with a cotton interior and a washable velet cover. It's SO SOFT! So it's perfect for the level of comfort my toosh needed but I can still feel grounded! I will be purchasing a few more of these for my group meditation classes! Love love love!
