I was happy to receive the item. Usually I can figure out how stuff works but when I put it on without looking at the diagram, I knew it didn't feel right. Once I followed the instructions printed on the sheet to put it on properly I immediately felt the tension I was expecting. So I was able to wear it the first night, kept it on for about 1 1/2 hours. My heel feels great today, no burning pain. I will try to gradually increase to wearing time as suggested. I appreciate the storage bag. I did also use the massage ball, that felt good too. Haven't used the arch support but I do know that if and when my plantar faciitis returns I will try to use the arch supports under the ball of my foot to mimic the padding that my podiatrist did.
