This stuff is a miracle for our indoor lemon tree. My husband has wanted a lemon tree for years and I found one in a nursery recently and bought it as a surprise. He was so excited but soon became quite worried about it when it seemed somewhat unbappy (leaves turning yellow and falling off like crazy!) After doing some research I ordered this stuff and now people come over and are like "This thing is awesome!!! How do you keep it so happy?!" We've kept the tree alive for almost a year and will soon be able to harvest some lemons (these lemons have been growing for EIGHT MONTHS and my husband is insanely excited about this success). The down side to this fertilizer is that the dogs are obsessed with it. Apparently it smells amazing to dogs and our dogs did get the bag once and got pretty sick. Lots of vomitting and other unsavory stomach problems for about 24 hours. After we realized that they had gotten into it we began frantically googling and found that organic fertilizer is actually MORE poisonous to pets because some of the ingredients are not processed and thus more potent. Moral of the story: this stuff is amazing for plants but bad for animals so store it up high.
