Overall I am happy. Two of my 4 mugs came a tiny bit dented on the bottom but it doesn't affect the mugs capabilities of keeping your beverage cold and filling you with happiness. The Shot cup doesn't feel as smooth inside as every other piece feels (inside or out). I made some Moscow Mules and the straws were great for a stir and to quickly consume the great tasting drink. We were pleased with these and expect to use them plenty more in the coming months.
