Why pay only $300 when can you pay $809 and get nothing more? Virus is giving everyone an excuse to gouge the general public. People are just buying them to resell at markup. Look at it this way, not buying this provides you an opportunity to do something more worthwhile with your time...like read a book to further your goals, take a Udemy class, or finish up something around the house you were putting off. People taking advantage is nothing new under the sun even in the face of a potentially lethal pandemic...gotta make that money. Sad.
