Helps for so much but men it dose really work
I ordered this for my husband. He is getting to the age that well things are not working the same as they use to. Well I first put it in a smoothie for him an you could not tell at all. Now he puts it in his coffee every morning an he says he can’t tell it’s in there at all. Now a week after using this an 2 other natural stuff well seems to me an him things are working just fine lol
