Ordered this heavy product (comes 2 to an order) and wondered about how safe it would arrive with the usual "smash and crash" UPS delivery. Upon delivery, one of the plastic bottles was leaking from the cap area. Fortunately the package was a very strong cardboard box and only about 1/4 of the detergent was sloshing around in the bottom of the box. Immediately phoned Amazon and they are WONDERFUL. Sent a replacement the next day!! and didn't give me the 3rd degree or make me feel as if it was my fault. I shop Amazon just for this reason. Wayfair on-line is terrific about their return policy too.
