I’ve had an instant pot for years, but I’ve been so intimidated by it that it’s kind of just been sitting in the cupboard. I was looking for a cookbook that would be simple and have easy meals for my family to enjoy. This is the one! I’ve had a few cookbooks, but this one is by far the better and more simple of the few I’ve collected. Ive been toying around with the idea of going more plant-based and this book even has a section with easy plant-based recipes. Can’t wait to make more of them for me and my family to enjoy.
