It's a nice product....AFTER you remove the flow restricting seals. There was not a lot of pressure when we first installed it. I started by removing the restriction seal on the unit that attaches to the wall first. You'll see that when you remove the screen, there's a green seal with what looks like a weird looking metal piece. This is what restricts the flow of water. After doing that, it was much better. The handheld "wand" was still restricted though, so I did the same process the the wand. Warning, though, after you remove the flow restrictor from the wand, the "pressure" setting is extremely powerful. I don't put that thing anywhere near my manhood, so it more than likely wouldn't be pleasurable for a woman unless you pressure wash your parts. The hose could be a little longer, but it gets the job done. Overall, it's a nice shower head for not spending a fortune, just a couple things to do to increase the pressure and you're good to go.
