Scale is okay (+/- .3 lb). you do not have to pay premium for this. to use all other features, one has to set up an account. It it that time you will get to know what information they collect. They do not need that much information. They collect everything you do on-line. very scary. it seems to be they are selling this product to collect user data (and sell it). Update on 12/21/2018 - I am a fan of Anker products and they provide amazing customer service. I like the scale and it looks pretty for me. Anker contacted me regarding my concern on using eufy app. I do not like app privacy policy and terms. So, I cannot comment on smart features of the scale. I will not use smart features unless they change privacy policy and terms. I will continue to use scale w/o smart features. Anker offered me a product to make up my inconvenience. Irrespective of that, I like scale (w/o smart features) and will continue to buy their products. If you are buying this scale for its smart features and do not mind their privacy policy(or buying it as just a scale) , go ahead with your purchase. updated my rating for 2 things. 1) no issues with the scale 2) amazing customer service as usual
