Update: Swees customer service has gone above and beyond, a rarity these days. They are sending me a different band and we're willing to customize! They always have had a quality product, it was a sizing issue and that will be rectified. I was thrilled when I received my metal mesh band and it was beautifully packaged, an expensive presentation. I have a very small wrist and was so dismayed to find that it was way too big, even at its tightest! I folded the latch under and pulled it all the way over, it doesn't look very nice but does fit this way. (It does start to slip however) Update: Customer service contacted me within 24 hours and offered to customize a band for me. After reading ALL of the reviews, I believe it would be in their best interest to offer two sizes because there are a few of us at either end of the spectrum. Fabulous customer service! Rare in this day and age!
