** Update 1/27/19. Company contacted me and insisted on sending me another unit free of charge to try. New unit works as advertised and heated my leftover french fries to crisp at the 10 minutes. This second one works as it promises. Great customer service! Original review**Took me well over an hour to cook chicken nuggets to warm, never could get crisp. Not sure if something is wrong with it or what but it takes forever to cook anything. I tried multiple foods and it never got hot enough to cook quickly as people say air dryers are supposed to. Very bulky too. I returned. I'll stick with my toaster oven.
